IMI Recognised Training
MediateWise is an IMI Recognised Mediator Training Programme that develops participants’ knowledge, skills and confidence to mediate effectively. Training is delivered regularly, either online or in conjunction with the annual MediateWise competition, which is now in its 9th year.
Assessment and Progression to IMI Accreditation
Participants complete the programme and pass an assessment to demonstrate the required competency and understanding. Those who complete training, pass the assessment, and achieve IMI accreditation can then progress to the next stage of their mediation journey.
Judging Opportunities and Support from Mediation Chambers
After completing MediateWise, participants can apply to join the competition as a judge in the following years competition, helping them continue honing their skills and better understand the mediator’s role. They can also apply to join Mediation Chambers as an Associate Member, where programmes are available to support their mediation practice according to their requirements.
