The Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon is a century-old institution, but at the same time committed to the permanent renewal of scientific knowledge, which is so indispensable today in a deeply globalized world. Openness to the study of transnational phenomena and the intense technological renewal of its teaching methods place it at the forefront of European and international law schools.

ADR BAR

The Visionary, Mr. Sameer Shah, Advocate, Arbitrator and Mediator with able support of Mr. EO Mendes has personally curated a stellar team of law practitioners and academicians, all devoted to the cause of promoting ADR in our country and increasing its robustness and popularity.
The Team will be led, at all times, by Mr. Sameer Shah with the help of co-founding Trustee Mr. E O Mendes, Advocate and Mediator and our Central Council, Torchbearers and Ambassadors. Under this stewardship, four Regional Councils each for arbitration and mediation shall operate in the north, south, east and west zones respectively. Our visionary has laid special emphasis on Research & Development and shall be working extensively on this along with Central Council.

ADR HOC
 

ADR Hoc is a Unit of KnowledgeSteez EduHUB which was established in order to propagate the research and development in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). To promote ADR, the organization holds national/international webinars, conferences, panel discussions with notable industry professionals, and other competitions on a regular basis. We aspire to be a one-stop shop for all ADR candidates.

MEDIATE GURU

MediateGuru is a social initiative led by members across the globe. The aim of the organization is to build a bridge using which more law students can be encouraged to opt for ADR methods. MediateGuru is creating a social awareness campaign for showcasing mediation as a future of alternative dispute resolution to provide ease to the judiciary by encouraging and empowering Law Professionals to take up the mantle of Mediation.
